Guitar lesson- How to tune your guitar

Before any piece of music can be played, the guitar must be tuned correctly. With it, I decided to start the first lesson with "Tuning your guitar". There are various methods to tune your guitar correctly Today I will be covering on is "Basic Tuning method". It is a method that is easy and widely use. To have a better understanding, I have attached a video clip from youtube.



Basic Tuning Method
1. Play E on the 5th fret of the 2nd string, then the open 1st string. Adjust the 2nd string until is in tune with the 1st string

2. Play the the note B on the 4th fret of the 3rd string, closely followed by B on the open 2nd string.

3. Play the note G on the 5th fret of the 4th string, then the G on the open 3rd string. Adjust the 4th string.

4. Play the note D on the 5th fret of the 5 string, then D from the open 4th string. Adjust the 5th String

5. Lastly, play A on the 5th fret of the 6th string, followed by A from the open 5th string. Adjust the 6th string.
